Holiday apartments and rates

• Rates are per apartment for 1-2 people and day.
• Surcharge of 10% for stays shorter than 3 days.
• Rates include the final cleaning and the Südtirol GuestPass Algund.
• Fresh bread service on request.
• Our holiday apartments can host up to 4 people.
• Children until 3 lodge free of charge.
• On arrival our holiday apartments are available from 4 pm.
• On departure you are kindly asked to leave them within 10 am.
• Arrivals and departures from Monday to Saturday.
• Bookings are valid only after receipt of a deposit.
• Cancellation policy: until 3 months from arrival no penalty. From 3 months to 4 weeks prior arrival we charge 3 days. In the 4 weeks prior arrival we charge a cancellation penalty of 100% of the booked stay. In case of late arrival or early departure we reserve to charge the entire stay.
• In order to avoid unpleasant charges we recommend that you take out a cancellation insurance.
• We do not accept neither bank cards nor credit cards. Thank you for your understanding.
• Out of respect for allergic persons, pets are not admitted.
